Definition of terms: buyer, trader, consumer means both physical and legal person.
Indigenous conditions:
- We will deliver the products purchased in Ivey's online store throughout Georgia;
- Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed the next day;
- Orders received on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- The merchant is obliged to ensure the processing of the customer's order within 14 working days from the moment of crediting the money to the Gorgia bank account. The term of delivery of the item to the customer (in Tbilisi) should not exceed 2 working days after the order is processed, (in the regions, the buyer must agree on the terms of delivery in advance by phone or email) except in exceptional cases.

- If the product is to be made to order, after processing the information, it will be manufactured within 10-14 working days, and delivery will be made within 4-5 working days after manufacturing.
- Delivery of purchases over 900 GEL is free in Tbilisi (in regions, the buyer must agree on the terms of delivery in advance by phone or email)
