  1. Scope of the Agreement
    1.  iway.ge – offers products for sale and makes e-commerce services available to users. The term “user” refers to a person who acts for non-commercial, non-commercial and non-professional purposes.
    2. www.iway.ge reserves the right not to consider orders that are received from persons other than the user, or that do not comply with the scope of this agreement.
    3. These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, transfer and acceptance of orders placed on iway.ge between Namu and website users.
    4. These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not govern the services and sales of websites whose e-mail addresses, banners or advertising texts are located on iway.ge.   2. Contract performance
    1. To place one or more orders on iway.ge, you must complete the electronic order form and send it to www.iway.ge, following the relevant instructions.
    2. The electronic order form includes these terms and conditions of purchase, information about the main characteristics of each product, the unit price of the product (including all applicable taxes), the form and method of payment, the terms of transportation, the costs of transporting and transferring the product, and the rules for returning the purchased product.
    3. Before submitting the order form, you are requested to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase again and correct any errors (if any).
    4. Namu will process your order if your order form is deemed to have been properly submitted, namely if it is submitted electronically and the information contained therein is verified as valid.
    5. Your order will be registered in our database within the legally required time frame for order processing.
    6. www.iway.ge may not process your order if there is no sufficient guarantee of solvency, if your order form is incomplete or defective, or if the product you ordered is no longer available for sale. In all of the above cases, we will notify you by e-mail, providing appropriate justification, of the non-fulfillment of the contract and the inability of www.iway.ge to fulfill your order. If the product you ordered is no longer available at the time of receipt of your order, www.iway.ge will notify you of this within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the order. If you have paid for the product along with the submission of the order form, in the event that this product is not available, www.iway.ge will refund the amount paid.
    7. By submitting an order form and entering into a contract with www.iway.ge, you expressly and unconditionally agree and undertake to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, as well as other rules presented on iway.ge, including other integral parts of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, please do not submit an order form for the product on iway.ge.
    8. The language of execution of the contract concluded with www.iway.ge is Georgian.
  3. Warranties and product fees
    1. iway.ge does not sell second-hand, defective, or substandard, low-quality products.
    2. The main product features on iway.ge are presented on the corresponding page of each product. The products offered on iway.ge may not fully correspond to the real ones, depending on the photo and colors displayed under the conditions of the Internet browser and monitor.
    3. Product prices are subject to change, therefore, from time to time, a new price may be set for each product, although this does not include cases where the product price change is due to an obvious defect. Before submitting the order form, we recommend that you check the final price of the product.
    4. An order will be automatically canceled when it is shipped from a city other than the one specified in the order, or when www.iway.ge cannot provide transportation to the specified city.
  4. Payment
    1. Payment for the product and any associated shipping and delivery costs must be made using one of the procedures specified in the product order form.
    2. In case of payment by credit/debit card, www.iway.ge provides payment security verification. www.iway.ge will not use your financial information (credit card number, expiration date, etc.) except for the actions necessary to fulfill the order, in case of a refund or in case of reporting fraud to the police. The product price and the corresponding transportation and delivery costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged from your current bank account immediately after the order is confirmed.
  5. Product transportation and delivery
    throughout Tbilisi is carried out by www.iway.ge courier. Products are transported throughout Georgia via various postal services.
  6. Return of damaged, defective or incorrect product
    1. If you return a product you purchased due to an error on our part, a defect in the product, or damage, we will reimburse you for the costs incurred in returning such product.
    2. You must notify www.iway.ge on the same day of receipt of an incorrect, defective or damaged product. You will be required to return the purchased product in the same condition as it was when you received it. In addition, you are obligated to take proper care of the product while it is in your possession. If you violate this obligation, we will have the right to demand compensation.
    3. www.iway.ge will inspect all products returned due to defects or damage and notify you of the refund via email within a reasonable period of time. Within 7 days of this notification, www.iway.ge will carry out the refund procedure for you as quickly as possible. The refund will be made in full, including the shipping costs you paid for the product and the costs incurred to return the product. If Namu determines that the returned product is not defective, you will be informed that the product will not be accepted and you may choose to return it. If you refuse to return it, Namu has the right to retain the product and the paid price and thus reimburse you for the costs incurred.
    4. If the recipient specified in the product order form and the person paying for the product are different persons, in the event of a product return, the amount due will be issued to the person making the payment.
    5. Normally, www.iway.ge will refund you in the same form in which you made the payment. Namu will not be responsible for any delays in this process that are beyond its control, including delays caused by the payment method and the refund policies of credit/debit card companies.
