Butyl self-adhesive tape QIS BANT 10m x 25 cm

Bitumen-based, self-adhesive corner sealing tape with a geotextile-coated top layer.

Used

• Concrete, ceramics, plastic, glass, metal, wood, bitumen, polycarbonate, plaster surfaces.
• In wet places.
• Interior tiles, ceramic cladding
• Used in floor-wall junctions.

Method of application Surface preparation

• The application area must be clean of dust, oil, paint and similar materials that prevent adhesion.
• The surface must be solid, flat and dry.
• The silicone paper layer of the tape is removable and can be applied to the desired surface by roller or hand pressing.
• The overlap of the tape should be 5 cm.
• The material must be protected from direct UV (sun) rays.

Width 10 cm (it is possible to make the desired width upon request).

Operating temperature: -30°C / +90°C

Chemical base: Butyl

Resistance to water pressure: 0.2 bar (EN 1928-B)

Elongation: > % 70 (EN 12311-1)
