Surface preparation The surface must be cleaned of dust and other foreign materials. To prevent sudden water loss and to better adhere to the wallpaper surface, an insulating lacquer primer should be applied before the surface is saturated. Application Apply 1-2 coats with a spatula to the desired thickness. After the first coat has completely dried, a second coat should be applied. It is recommended to use a water-based lacquer primer after the first and top coats.
