Two-component

By reacting with chemicals in the concrete, it forms crystals and blocks - fills capillary cracks in the concrete. Thanks to this feature, it provides the ultimate solution for both negative and positive side waterproofing.

Application Method
Surface Preparation
• Surfaces to be applied must be damp, dry surfaces must be dampened before application. Dampen 1 day before application and 2 hours before reapplication, completely soaking the surface with water. Care must be taken to ensure that no water accumulates on the surface.
• Before applying QIS NEGAMAX 2K, the surface must be cleaned of dust, oil, paint and other substances.
• If necessary, the surface must be cleaned to ensure adhesion.

Mixing
• 3 kg of component B (liquid) and 5-6 liters of clean water should be mixed in a suitable container.

During mixing, component A (powder) is continuously and slowly added to the liquid mixture.

• After adding one package (25 kg) of powder component, the mixing process should continue for at least 3 minutes.

• The mixing process should be continued with a low-speed mixer until complete homogeneity is achieved.

Application
• QIS NEGAMAX 2K is applied with a brush or a suitable spraying device.
• It is applied in 2 or 3 layers.
• The layers should be applied evenly, each layer should be applied in the same direction.
• You should wait for drying between layers (at least 3 hours), but not more than 24 hours.

After applying QIS NEGAMAX 2K, the surface should be kept moist for 1 week to accelerate crystallization and penetration.

• In cases where it will be used in conjunction with QIS BITUMAX for foundation insulation, the QIS NEGAMAX 2K layer must be allowed to dry for at least 24 hours.
