One-component, liquid, ready-to-use, UV-resistant, solvent-free, high-tech waterproofing coating material. Produced using hybrid polymer technology.

Areas of application

• For indoor and outdoor use

Features

Method of use

Surface preparation

• The surface to be applied must be clean of anti-adhesion materials such as dust, oil, resin, tar, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent and mold oils.
• Weak parts of concrete should be repaired with QIS REPFIX 500S,

Static cracks should be repaired with QIS QLATEX plaster mixture.

• Dynamic (moving) cracks should be filled with QIS POMA 35 polyurethane sealant.
• Water inlet holes should be sealed with QIS PLUG. Under normal conditions, the use of primer is not necessary.

QIS POLIMES HB is ready to use. No external substances should be added. Before use, mix with a suitable mixer for at least 2 minutes.

QIS POLIMES HB is applied directly to the surface with a brush or roller. QIS POLIMES HB is applied to the surface in at least two layers, perpendicular to each other. An interval of 6-12 hours is required between layers.

The designated area may be limited by protective tape. The protective tape should be removed no later than 5 minutes after application.

The application area is opened for use within 24-48 hours. Final drying occurs after 7 days.

Terms of Use

• In cases where the ground temperature is below +5°C and above +30°C, the material should not be used.
• The material must be protected from rain, frost and direct sunlight for the first 24 hours after application. (+20°C)
• The surface to be applied must not be wet. QIS POLIMES HB is resistant to up to 10% moisture on the surface. Moisture-resistant polyurethane or epoxy primers can be used before application on surfaces with high humidity.
