Mortar cement repair mixture QIS REPFIX 100 S

R1 class, polymeric, fibrous, pure repair high-strength mixture, with a layer thickness of 5-30 mm on the repair section.

Areas of application

Surface preparation

• Before applying QIS REPFIX 100 S, the surface must be cleaned of dust, oil, paint and substances that prevent penetration and hardening.
• Damaged areas on the surface must be repaired. The surface must be primed to ensure adhesion.
• Water leakage from the structure to the surface must be stopped. Otherwise, the leaking water will dissolve the applied material without hardening.
• The temperature of the surface to be wiped should not be high.
• Surfaces should be soaked with water before use

Mixing

• QIS REPFIX 100 S is added to water and stirred
• The water ratio is 22% of the weight of the powdered product (do not use water with a pH value below 5.5)
• Initially, 5-6 liters of water are placed in a bucket, then 25 kg of material in the bag is added to the water and stirred continuously for 4-5 minutes. After a 2-3 minute break and repeated stirring for 30 seconds, it is used.
• The thickness of each application should be between 5-30 mm.
