Concrete plasticizer QIS FLUMAX M300

QIS FLUMAX M 300 – a water-reducing, transparent, melamine-based concrete plasticizer, ensures rapid setting of the concrete mix and obtaining high-strength concrete, improves the water-repellent properties of concrete, its elasticity.

Terms of use

After the concrete mix is ​​mixed with water (after 70% of the mixing water has been used), the plasticizer is added (mixed) with the entire mixture. It is not permissible to add the additive to dry aggregate and cement. The working time of QIS FLUMAX M 300 depends on the type of cement, the aggregate used and the ambient temperature. On average, the working time of the added plasticizer is 10-20 minutes. (at 20°C).

QIS FLUMAX M 300 can be used with the following materials;

• Portland and other cements in ASTM standards
• Air-permeable concrete admixtures
• Fiber and steel wire fittings

Consumption
0.5 – 2.0% of cement weight is permissible up to 5.0%.

Safety precautions:
Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and in case of contact, rinse with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Wear gloves, protective clothing, a mask, and goggles when using.
